Hello, and welcome to We Are Mammals, the Zootopia forum. This has been set up to allow a permanent home for the fandom of Zootopia, as well as to facilitate discussion and communication between fans of Zootopia and its world.
However, for the retention of sanity throughout this forum, some rules need to be laid out:
Myself and the staff will attempt to be fair and just when dealing with infractions to the above rules. If you feel an action taken by the staff is unfair, please bring it up with us. We are only volunteers, and sometimes, our judgements can be wrong. But stay with the rules, and you should find that all interactions with us should be swell.
Have a great time on this forum, and I hope to see more of you all. Please introduce yourself in the "Welcome to Zootopia" subforum, and get involved however you can. Peace out!

- Treat others in the same way that you want to be treated. Nothing ruins a good forum like personal attacks and disunity between members. This rule should allow for decent conversation and a friendly atmosphere.
- The forum language currently is English, though if there is enough call for it, we would happily add another language subforum. Personal Messages may contain other languages, however.
- Please do not spam. This includes making excessive numbers of posts, advertising products not related to Zootopia and generally being obnoxious. Please - don't.
- Please do not post text in all CAPITALS. It is generally considered rude and shouty, and is difficult to read. The odd few capitals here and there to emphasise a point are fine, just don't rely on them too much.
- If you're posting an image, either make sure they are small or put them into spoiler tags. It's difficult for some people with slow internet speeds to render larger images, so be considerate when posting.
- Using RED CAPITALS (like so) is forbidden for use by anyone except myself and the other staff. If you use RED CAPITALS, then you may expect to be given a warning or ban.
- Flaming (long strings of provocative or expletive language), flamebaiting (overtly encouraging such flaming) and trolling (just being obnoxious really) are all very anti-social, and are not tolerated. Respect is the word of the day.
- Swearing is not forbidden, but please do not swear excessively. If you see that you have more than two swear words in a paragraph, it may be time to cut down...
- Hate speech, pejoratives and slurs, however, are forbidden. Using these will result in a ban, length depending upon severity.
- Please don't post links to torrents or other illegal activity. Torrents are mentioned here primarily because, since we are primarily a Zootopia forum, it can be tempting to publish ways to get the film easier than buying it. Illegal activity like this will not be tolerated, and will result in a warning.
- Lastly, please keep all material Safe For Work. I hope everyone understands what I mean by this. If not, feel free to PM me and I shall define it further.
